Artisane is a boutique candle company founded in New York City.
The brand was inspired by the owner's memories in France, so we found inspiration in graphics that could be found in the French countryside, and simplified and modernized the typography to best fit small labels. The color scheme uses slightly dustier hues while still allowing color to play a role. Botanical illustrations are incorporated throughout the identity system that feel nostalgic and directly reference the plants used for the scents.
